Orders are generally shipped within 1 - 2 business days. 

We ship all our products directly from Poland (EU), the estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination.

Shipping‬‭ charges for your order will be calculated‬‭ and displayed at checkout.‬

We offer international shipping. At this time, we do not ship to Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand.

(We do not ship to: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, Crimea Ukraine, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic, Liberia, Lebanon, Sudan, Belarus, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Syria, Russia, Ghana, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Nigeria.)

‭Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once‬‭ a shipment reaches your destination country. CONSTANCJA is not responsible for these‬ charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.‬‭

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original‬‭ condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.‬

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible‬ at info.constancja@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We‬‭ address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory‬ solution.‬

Not covered by warranty or returns:
Leather discoloration, mechanical damage resulting from improper use (including damage to zippers), normal wear and tear, and defects known to the customer at the time of purchase.
